How long is this tutorial?

This is an online learning experience which will last 90 minutes. We hope you can join live. But If you can't, the workshop will be recorded for easy watching and learning.

What do I need prior to the event?

Please bring something to take notes, up to 8 items you’d like to test for sensitivities (like a favorite food, cosmetic, fabric, or pet fur), and 4 clean, clear glass jars to hold your items during testing.  We'll have a great time and really tune into what the wisdom of the body is saying.

Yes! If you can't join live, we will have a recording of the tutorial for easy learning.

What does "Somatic" mean?

Accepted Answer

“Somatic” means connecting with the body’s wisdom. It’s about noticing how your body communicates through sensations and feelings — and learning to listen so you can understand what supports or irritates your system.

If I've never done meditation or somatic experiencing before, is this workshop right for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all levels are welcome. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or somatic work. This session is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with simple tools anyone can learn.
