Finding Light: Tackling Seasonal Affective Disorder: Workshop Series
Overview
As the days grow shorter and the seasons change, many people notice a dip in mood, energy, and motivation. You are not imagining it. These changes can be linked to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), sometimes known as the winter blues.
Finding Light is a 4-week online workshop series from Finding Joy Psychological Services, designed to help you understand these seasonal changes and find gentle, practical ways to support your wellbeing.
Led by Christina Jassi, Founder, Psychologist, CBT /EMDR Therapist, and Krushi Vaidya, Specialist Senior Occupational Therapist, the sessions offer a warm, supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect.
What you will gain:
• Insights into Seasonal Affective Disorder
• Tools to improve sleep, energy, and balance
• Mind–body practices for calm and focus
• Your personalised Winter Wellness Plan
• Connection with others (sharing optional)
