Kesha CashKesha Cash, Founder & General Partner, Impact America Fund

Prior to founding Impact America Fund, Kesha launched Jalia Ventures, a minority-focused impact investing initiative that was funded by Josh Mailman and Serious Change, LP. From 2010-2013, Kesha deployed $5M to develop the Jalia Ventures portfolio of 10 mission driven US-based companies owned by entrepreneurs of color. Her responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and providing business support to portfolio companies. Kesha also assisted Serious Change with developing processes to track and manage its $50M global impact portfolio.

Bruce KatzPaul Richardson,CEO, Renewal Funds

Paul is CEO of Renewal Funds, a Vancouver based investment company focused on organic food and environmental innovation. Paul is a graduate of Queen's University (Biology) and the University of Toronto (Law). Paul is also a Board Director for Renewal Funds on the Alter Eco, Opti, and Sensible Organics. Paul has considerable not-for-profit experience, having served as Vice Chair of the Coast Opportunities Funds, President of Ecojustice Canada, as well as having negotiated on behalf of an international consortium of philanthropic foundations to structure a financing deal that supported the conservation of the Great Bear Rainforest, the largest intact coastal temperate rainforest left in the world. In 2013, Paul was named one of Canada's Clean50.
