You're invited to a new series of Find Your Me™ workshops that will give you greater self-awareness and confidence in your journey.
The workshops are guided by a specially trained Weight Watchers leader and incorporate techniques such as self-reflection, visualization and deep breathing to help you feel better—mentally, physically and emotionally. Find Your Me helps you feel powerful in your choices, open to the discovery of your purpose, and more grateful and inspired.
This fall, we will be immersing ourselves in the FEELINGS workshop series. Autumn is a perfect time to notice the colours of our own emotions, ask for what we need and shift to a more positive mindset.
Space is limited at select locations, sign up today! Everyone is welcome! Weight Watchers members and non-members are invited to attend!
Waitlists are available for workshops that are already full.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We encourage you to invite your friends and family, even if they are not Weight Watchers members. We only ask for each person to register via Eventbrite.
What should I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable in. While you will mostly be seated, you will do some gentle movements.
Do I weigh in?
No! Just bring yourself and an open mind.
Is Find Your Me being offered everywhere?
Find Your Me is a pilot offered in select Weight Watchers stores across Canada and the US. We are starting small and learning as we go thanks to your participation and feedback.
What do I walk away with?
You’ll be equipped with simple techniques that create powerful, positive shifts ”in the moment” that can help you with your journey.
