We are back in person and have curated a fantastic experience for you. It's a space to not just create a vision board, but to relax and get to your authentic self through movement and mindfulness exercises, discussion, and hot seat questions to challenge how you think so YOU CAN achieve your goals.

1. Who should attend? You! Come and bring a dope friend to join the party and hold you accountable. Kat and Amanda work hard to create a space for everyone to feel connected and safe. The event is great if you need to set goals for the year, need some inspiration, a boost of confidence, need to recharge emotionally, or maybe you wanted to make a board and haven’t gotten around to it yet.

2. But I already have a Vision Board for 2023, can I attend? Yes, please do. It’s still a chance to:
~ Get some strategies to take actionable steps toward your vision
~ Give yourself a little getaway. We infuse a lot of relaxation exercises, laughs and self reflection.
3. What supplies do I need? We will provide supplies like magazines, glue, tape, scissors, quotes, stickers and definitely a poster board to contain the vision. You can bring additional magazines to share.
