If you’re living with pain or limitations in your feet, ankles, or calves, it doesn’t have to be that way. Strong and flexible feet, ankles, and calves provide our base for stable movement, and are essential for performing our daily activities without pain or strain. One part of the body always affects another--working through exercises on our feet, we'll move up the body all the way to our head in a gentle, restorative manner. Part of this time will be an educational talk and part will be actual movement exercises. Come for a relaxing, informative time!
