'Put your Inner Critics to Sleep' with Jen (A Space For)
Despite mindfully limiting your coffees, teas and sugars all day, as well cutting down on the TV, laptop and phone at night, do you still find yourself hyped up and wide awake at 2am? In the UK, 1 in 5 people suffer poor sleep most nights, making it the 2nd most reported health complaint after pain.
In this concise workshop, Jen will discuss how we leave the library in our minds unattended with open books scattered all over. By implementing ways to acknowledge and close these books, we stop our brains from constantly ticking and ticking.

What we eat is an essential aspect when it comes to living a healthy life and although many of us know what it involves it can be difficult to juggle alongside a busy work and social schedule. It can also seem unachievable and overly complex, especially with all the confusing and conflicting information out there. This 15 minute workshop explores the very basics of healthy eating, covering the facts and some simple tips to help you maintain a healthy, balanced diet no matter how busy you are.

This workshop will introduce the power of listening in relationships, how it helps us to solve problems, create solutions, how we don’t listen and how we can. This whistlestop tour will give you some space to think and practical approaches to take into your work and home life for happier, healthier relationships.

'De-desk Yourself' with Holly (Yoga Hero)
Many of us spend eight hours or more, five days a week, hunched over a desk. This can pull the whole body out of its natural, and preferred alignment, which can then affect how you think, your energy levels, your digestive system, and a whole lot more.
This short taster session is designed to combat and undo the effects of working at a desk; helping you to feel alive and revitalised, switched on, more confident and more efficient! Learn a short sequence that you can repeat at home to build strength and flexibility, and to build good posture for the hours of desk work.
Expect a challenging session, with take away tools and techniques, suitable for all levels of fitness and for total beginners to yoga! This is suitable for all clothing - no need to bring any bamboo leggings, just come in whatever you’re wearing.
