KCTS 9 is pleased to partner with the King County Library System to bring Daniel Tiger to the Eastside. In support of the 20th annual Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive, KCTS 9 will be collecting new and gently used clothing items at the Redmond Library and the Bellevue Library on February 2. Library visitors can drop off donations to receive a “treasure” from Daniel Tiger, take a photo with Daniel Tiger and some of his friends (a cardboard cutout version, that is) and join story time.

When: Thursday, Feb. 2, 10:30am – 3:00pm

Gather jackets, shirts, pants, blouses, and other new or gently-used clothing
Stop by participating KCLS branch locations:
Redmond Library from 10:30am to 12:30pm (15990 NE 85th St, Redmond, WA 98052)
Bellevue Library from 1:30pm to 3:00pm (1111 110th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004)

KCTS 9's 20th annual Mister Rogers' Neighborhood Sweater Drive, runs through Sunday, February 12 and donated items benefit Wellspring Family Services, Queen Anne Helpline and Northwest Center. In addition to the library event on February 2, look for the Mister Rogers' Neighborhood Sweater Drive collection bins at any PCC Natural Markets location or Sound Credit Union location in Western Washington; or drop your items off at KCTS 9's Seattle Center studio. All new or gently used adult and children’s sweaters and coats will be accepted.
