Notice of cancellation must be in writing via email or postal mail; phone calls are not accepted. If notice of cancellation occurs on or before Sept. 17, 2016, a refund of all monies paid, less a $75.00 cancellation fee will be issued. We will not refund any portion of registrations cancelled after Sept. 17, 2016.
