Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We anticipate a large crowd. Please bring your ID so we can check names against those that have registered. There is no daycare or facilities in place to support small children (ages 7 and under). Parents are strongly encouraged to find a responsible caregiver outside of City Hall in order to attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is located adjacent to City Hall. Additional parking is behind Grape Day Park which is about a 5-7 minute walk to the Mitchell Room. There is street parking available as well.

What can I bring into the event?

We will be indoors the for the duration of the event. Bring yourself and your hard questions!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No

Can I update my registration information?

Yes; You can update your registration information at any time.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes; Please update your ticket with the person to whom it is being transferred to.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If the name does not match the name of the person who registered, you may be put on a waiting list until all registered guests have been seated.
