This tour will take you through the history of how New York began. We will see the church that George Washington prayed in, Peter Minuit Plaza, named after the first governor of New Amsterdam, and the Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, the first American born saint who founded the Sisters of Charity in 1809. Other sites include the New York Stock Exchange and the and the Federal Hall where George Washington was inaugurated as the first U.S. President.
