Anita Davis is the President of Praxis Strategic Solutions, founded in 2016 after a 20-year banking career. As a Business Banker and Commercial lender, she served as the liaison between the client and loan approving credit officer. Throughout her banking and consulting career Ms. Davis has helped clients obtain millions of dollars in capital for business expansion and stability.
Most of the firm’s clients acquire capital via the SBA 7a and SBA 504 loan programs. Anita’s network includes SBA preferred bank and non-bank authorized lenders. She maintains access to training sessions from Lender Relations Specialists in several SBA District Office.
As a lending advisor, Ms. Davis identified the biggest hindrance to companies accessing capital is the weak financial performance detected in business financial statements. Praxis expanded its capabilities to address this issue and now develops and delivers financial literacy training courses to fill the knowledge gap. The end goal for the financial literacy education courses is to help small business owners create best practices and use their financial statements as a tool to build capacity and sustainability.
