The Canadian Multistakeholder Process: Enhancing IoT Security project invites you to its 6th and final meeting. The meeting will be held in the Rotunda of the Ottawa at the Canadian Museum of Nature from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a lunch to follow. (A light, continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m.)
The Canadian Multistakeholder Process: Enhancing IoT Security is a partnership between the Internet Society, Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED), the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), CANARIE, and CIPPIC. The project began as a year-long process to develop recommendations for a set of norms and/or policies to remedy existing and potential security challenges in Canada’s national IoT ecosystem.
This meeting will celebrate and build out the finalized recommendations, continue to identify next steps toward their implementation, and incorporate comments toward the final outcomes report.
