Learn the steps to make an independent feature film, led by the team behind the Miami-made fiction feature film Huracán.

Session 1: Pre-Production: Conceptualizing and Prepping a Shoot, Financing
Session 2: Production: Executing Your Vision, Directing
Session 3: Post-Production: Sculpting the Clay, Editing and Managing your Footage
Session 4: Delivery & Release: Sharing Your Film with the World

Huracán is a psychological thriller that was created and produced in Miami. Huracán brought together the city's top filmmakers. talent that includes director Cassius Corrigan, producer Mark Pulaski, lighting technician Kevin Guzman, post-production coordinator Fabiola Rodriguez and VFX Artist Luis Castañeda.

In this workshop, you'll learn the essentials of writing, producing, directing, lighting and post-production for an indie feature in Miami. The Huracán crew members have worked on films such as The Florida Project, and TV series Ballers, Bloodline and Burn Notice.
