Description

Join us for the preview of A Meeting of Migrations, a film produced about the amazing story of shorebirds and horseshoe crabs on the Delaware Bay. The film will premiere on WHYY in May 2018, and this special preview event brings together the filmmaker, Michael Oates of 302 Stories, Inc. with members of the Delaware Shorebird Project, including DMNH Curator of Birds Jean Woods, Ph.D.

This preview is exclusively for members of DMNH and the Delmarva Ornithological Society. There is no charge, but pre-registration is requested. Wine and beer will be available for purchase.

A Meeting of Migrations is produced by 302 Stories, Inc., “telling the stories of Delaware’s people and places” and is funded by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Fair Play Foundation, and the Delmarva Ornithological Society.
