In this session, we explore the theme: “What Fills Your Canvas?”You’ll be guided through gentle, psychology-rooted exercises to reflect on identity, self-perception, and the quiet dissonance we often carry — when our thoughts, feelings, or actions don’t quite align.

Expect grounding prompts, practical tools for self-reflection, and a relaxed creative activity where you’ll bring your insights to life on canvas.

Neither — but it draws gently from both. Fill My Canvas is not a formal art class and not a therapy session. It’s a reflective, creative experience rooted in psychology — designed to help you slow down, express yourself, and connect meaningfully (with no pressure or performance).

What exactly do you mean by “psychology-rooted”?

Our sessions are shaped by evidence-based practices from psychology, including themes like identity, emotional processing, and cognitive dissonance. Everything is delivered gently, accessibly, and with care.

What should I bring?

Nothing — all materials are provided, and light refreshments will be available.

Do I need to be “creative” or have art experience to join?

Not at all. This space is about expression, not perfection. You’ll be guided through simple, reflective exercises - no art skills needed, just a willingness to explore.

Will I have to share personal things in front of others?

Only if you feel comfortable. There are optional moments for group sharing, but you’re never required to speak. You can engage as much or as little as feels right for you.

What do I actually walk away with?
