All women benefit from having the knowledge and means to defend ourselves when we find ourselves in dangerous situations. Learn real, tested, EFFECTIVE strategies women can use for self-defense and support the Kane County Chapter of the National Organization for Women. Whatever your fitness level, there will be tips that work for you. Ages 13 and up welcome. (Any participant under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
