The day is designed for Emergency Nurses, Radiology Nurses, Stroke Nurses, Paramedics, Radiographers and final year student paramedics and nurses interested in the field.

How do I get to the John Radcliffe Hospital?

You are strongly advised not to drive unless you have a staff parking permit. There are a number of buses including Park & Ride options listed here: https://www.ouh.nhs.uk/hospitals/jr/find-us/

Directions to Oxford Hospitals Education Centre (OxHEC)-From level 1

Entry is via the Level 1 ICU corridor or Trauma Outpatients corridor at the JR. Please press the button marked OxHEC for access to Level 5.

Directions to Oxford Hospitals Education Centre (OxHEC)-From level 2

Enter the main JR Hospital via the Level 2 main entrance and continue up the main corridor until you reach the League of Friends Café. From there take the stairs down to Level 1. Follow signs to Oxford Critical Care.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Can a colleague take your place? Change it on Eventbrite. If not, cancellations via Eventbrite are possible up to 7 days before the event with a refund (minus the Eventbrite fee). If you cancel after the 16/10 you will not be refunded. Please call 01865 221035 for any on the day cancellations.
