Description

Join Vigilant Love, White People for Black Lives (WP4BL) and 18 Million Rising for an exclusive screening of “Fifteen Years Later” followed by a panel discussion with the filmmaker, cast and local activists. This gripping short film explores the lived realities of those impacted by bias and violence in a post-9/11 era. The event will include a discussion on local Islamophobic policies and the role of allies in building solidarity with those on the frontlines.

This screening will be in honor of the worldwide online release of the film on the Vigilant Love website! Stay tuned for details regarding the link and release for the day following the screening.

Panelists: Manish Dayal, Matt McGorry, Dahlia Ferlito, Tanzila Ahmed
