Description

Excellence is defined as performance over time.

There is a common language great teams possess. A deep-rooted trust for one another that is nurtured by a strong clear message. When individuals are internally motivated and have greater awareness about their daily micro behaviors necessary for success the company/team benefits. At this inaugural SMLA Los Angeles chapter event, Sue Enquist, Founder/CEO at ONE Softball, will share how you and your organization can live a message of personal excellence which translates to focused work, fueled by discipline on those TOUGH days.

She will share:

- Lessons learned from managing/developing a highly competitive team
- The differences between managing a team of over-achievers today, vs. 10, 15 or 20 years ago, and how should we as leaders adjust
- Identifying and leveraging different motivations for each team member
- Getting your team to focus on the same end goal, rather than their own personal metrics
- What to do with a high achiever who has a negative impact on the team culture & overall performance
