Coming to Always The Sun Festival 2017 is a brand new unique dining experience, Field To Fork!
Attendees of Always The Sun Festival 2017 will be able to purchase an add on ticket, which grants them a limited seat at our outdoor fine dining experience, Field To Fork. Great British Bake Off alumni and The Alternative Kitchen's Stu Henshall, Masterchef alumni Dan Britten, and Smokey Joe's Joe Docherty, will each be presenting a meticulously prepared, exclusive menu each day at the festival for just £25 each.
The 10 Mile Menu from Dan will feature locally sourced ingredients, Stu's TransPLANT menu is entirely plant based, and Joe's There's A Beer For That will pair hand crafted beer from Little Beer Company with each course.
Spaces are very limited for this experience, so don't miss out on a range of mouth watering treats all the way from tangy yet sweet lemon tart with lavender burnt sugar and crème fraiche, to succulent pork loin steak and pig cheek wellington.
Field To Fork will take place from approximately 7pm-9pm each evening.
