A delicious meal with a difference!

Enjoy the locally reared Swaledale Lamb in a relaxed setting whilst learning more about the lifecycle of this iconic breed.

Saturday 23rd September

7pm – 10:30pm

The Event Format

After the introduction, there will be a 15 minute film about the origin of the Lamb. There will then be the opportunity to address any questions about sheep farming to a local farmer. This will be followed by a delicious lamb roast (menu below) and an opportunity socialise till 10:30pm.

Menu

Yorkshire Dales Swaledale Hill Lamb studded with garlic and rosemary and roasted whole. Accompanied by locally baked artisan flatbread; rocket, roasted red pepper quinoa salad and yogurt mint sauce dip on the side.

Wensleydale cheese & biscuits to follow.

Water will be available on the table, alcoholic & soft drinks to purchase separately
