FGI presents: Night of Networking
We are looking forward seeing you at the Fashion Group International of Minneapolis-St. Paul (FGI-MSP) Night of Networking. This is a perfect night to mingle, talk and learn about the FGI organization, meet the Minneapolis/St.Paul FGI Board and FGI Minneapolis/St.Paul amazing members.
The evening will begin with a social hour featuring delicious hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, followed by a formal networking session during which guests will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and speak briefly about their work and business. FGI-MSP’s Board of Directors will also introduce its newest board members which include Oscar Stutgen, owner of GlueBug Social Media Consulting and Business Services; and Jennifer Adler, National Hair and Lash Expert.
Tickets are $10 for FGI-MSP members, $15 for nonmembers and $5 for students.
Fashion Group International of Minneapolis-St. Paul is the regional chapter of the worldwide organization. Its membership is comprised of people working in the fields of design and aesthetics – fashion, décor, floral design, food, beauty, and architecture, to name a few. The monthly meetings are open to the public and cover a broad range of topics and industry networking opportunities. Recent meetings included a “Mercedes-Benz & Fashion” style showcase of fall looks for women and men; “Culinary Fashion,” a discussion about how fashion trends influence the restaurant business, featuring a James Beard award-winning journalist and a top chef and restaurateur; “Summer Breeze,” a summer and swim apparel runway fashion show; “Runway: Decorated,” a fashion trend presentation with top interior designers who interpreted the trends into mood boards for interior design; and “Refresh,” an evening of professional image updates and social media advice from a panel of experts.
