Real Stories of M&A:

Hear real, behind-the-scenes stories of how M&A works from female founders with exits and experienced corporate development leaders.

Holly Liu (YC / Kabam, acquired by Netmarble) and Jess Lee (Sequoia / Polyvore, acquired by Yahoo) will share the founder perspective, from the decision to sell to negotiating the process to telling your employees team to integrating with the acquirer.

Jessica Verrilli (GV / #Angels / Twitter corpdev) and Kara Nortman (Upfront / IAC corpdev) will give you insight into what acquirers care about, based on their experiences with the acquisitions of Vine, Periscope, Mopub, Urbanspoon, Dictionary.com, and more.
