FFHS Beyond the Census Conference
Congratulations – You’ve mastered the basics of Family History research! In fact, you’ve done so well - and are so refreshingly enthusiastic - that others are enlisting your help in solving their family history challenges. You’re now an expert, right?
But that’s pretty ironic, don’t you think? Because you’re increasingly aware of just how much you don’t know about family history research!
Don’t despair - Help is at hand!
Our FFHS Beyond the Census one-day conference will both broaden and deepen your understanding. Come along and hear accomplished speakers including: Myko CLELLAND of FindMyPast, John HANSON author and lecturer, Sharon HINTZE Director of the London Family History Centre and Ian WALLER, Professional Genealogist and author.
On Saturday 8th October you will discover answers to questions you don’t yet know to ask! You’ll learn about manorial records, census alternatives, little-known record sets … and much, much more. All that to be rounded off with an ‘Ask the Experts’ panel discussion at the end of the day.
Intrigued? You should be! Why not join us for the day?
Booking: Attendance at the FFHS Beyond the Census Seminar is just £10 if you are a paid-up* Family History Society member. Capacity is limited to 100, so please Book Early to avoid disappointment.
