Description

Sex trafficking and exploitation of women, girls and boys is happening in our country, state and in our communities at an alarming rate. Come be educated on this issue, learn about who is involved and why, how to identify the victims and how you can be involved in helping to end the demand and help save lives.

Ce Ce Terlouw is the Executive Director of Terebinth Refuge a place of restoration and healing for sex trafficked and exploited women. CeCe has been working to bring healing, education and to combat the problem of human slavery since 2003 beginning at the Heartland Girls' Ranchin Benson, MN. CeCe has been actively involved at the state level with Minnesota's Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force and was involved in implementing the MN Safe Harbor, No Wrong Door Model for youth. CeCe developed the Heartland Girls' Ranch, Hearts for Freedom Project and program for sexually exploited girls. She is now addressing the lack of services for the adult female victims. through Terebinth Refuge a new non-profit. CeCe is the mother of three amazing adults and enjoys spending time with them and her two granddaughters.

Join us for pre-program networking beginning at 11:00 to 11:30 AM, and if you're a new member, we will be holding a New Member Orientation from 11:00 - 11:15 AM prior to our scheduled programming.
