Under the auspices of Mr. Emmanuel Lebrun-Damiens, Consul of France in San Francisco and Fr. Paul Fitzgerald, University of San Francisco President,

L'Apero and the USF Hospitality Management program are delighted to invite you for an exceptional and unique reception of food delight, sparkles and bubbles. An evening to remember with the presence of the most awarded/beloved French Chefs of the Bay Area who will cook and serve their signature dishes on food stations throughout the night.

Proceeds of a silent auction will benefit the University of San Francisco-Hospitality Management program and the St. Ignatius Shelter Meal Program.

Since 2011, “Fête de la Gastronomie” is a worldwide annual celebration of the "savoir-faire", tradition and innovation of the French Gastronomy, featuring emerging talents as well as recognized Master Chefs. It is also a celebration of all food and wine stakeholders from producers to consumers who come together to celebrate French "art de vivre".

On this occasion, the University of San Francisco Hospitality Management Program and L’Apero are proud to host the first “Fete de la Gastronomie” in California on September 20th at the University of San Francisco Lone Mountain campus room-100 from 6-9 pm for a unique and private event featuring the Bay Area's best of French Gastronomy from local Awarded Executive Chefs and local luxury vendors combined.

The reception will be held in the Handlery Room and ten food/drink stations will accommodate all the featured Chefs and guests.


"Fête de la Gastronomie" is a unique opportunity to experience local Bay Area yet worldwide renowned award winning French Chefs who will cook and serve their signature dishes on food stations throughout the night.

A silent auction will take place and the benefit will proceed to the University of San Francisco-Hospitality Management program and the St. Ignatius Homeless Meal Shelter

The Citroen Car Club will be present by showcasing two beautfiul collectible cars: 11BL traction and a DS.

You will need to be 21 years old or older to be able to enjoy the alcoholic drinks offered. Your valid ID will be looked at check-in and you will be given a wrist band. We encourage our guests to drink responsibly and to take a cab/Uber/Lyft or others if possible to/from the event.

Tickets are non-refundable. No tickets will be sold on premises, at Univeristy of San Francisco. Once all 130 tickets sold, the event will be closed to any walk-in.
