FESTIVE WELLNESS EVENT with Mat Pilates and Live Dj Set

Festive wellness event.

Join us for an afternoon of wholesome fun. Located at mindful movements beautiful upstairs Pilates studio in Gravesend, Kent.

The event includes a Mat Pilates session (run with Alissa) with a live DJ set ( from Hollie Halo), playing a variety of house music along with some of your fav Xmas tunes with a twist.

Also includes a breathwork/meditation session, healthy beverages/nibbles, a lovely wellness goodie bag and a bare foot dance session to finish on a high, for those dancing like no ones watching vibes.

Festive outfits welcome, or just wear your fav festive coloured workout gear.
