The San Francisco Standards for Promoting Family Economic Success (FES) are designed as a tool for planning, providing, and assessing quality FES services. Whether you are providing a singled FES service, such as tax preparation, access to healthcare benefits, financial education, or providing multiple services, the Standards provide a blueprint for implementing best practice. 

 

This is a REQUIRED TRAINING of the: FES SITE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. More details about the program can be found on our website: http://www.sffsn.org/training

What services and resources are available to support Seniors in San Francisco?

 

For answers to these questions, please join us for this informative training.  

Presenters will introduce you to their programs and how you can help families to access them.  


Who Should Participate?

Direct Service Staff working directly with families.

Note: Agencies seeking FES Site Certification and those who wish to maintain FES Site Certification, must send two staff from agency to training.

Partcipants will:

  • Enhance understanding of senior and adults with disabilities population
  • Learn case management strategies that will support direct service providers in conducting outreach and support services for senior and adults with disabilities population.
  • Become aware of services provided to seniors and adults with disabilities by City and Non-profit agencies in San Francisco.

Derek Toliver & Edith Yamanoha, Felton Institute - Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

Check-In
9:00 am - Networking, coffee, and continental breakfast

9:30 am - Training will begin promptly

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Note: This policy applies to each ticket purchased for individual participants. 

  • If you cancel more than 5 days before the training, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $10 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 5 days before the training date, no refund or credit will be given. 
  • SFFSN reserves the right to cancel this training if minimum registration requirements are not met. A refund will be giving to those who are registered.
