Description

Fermentation is the oldest form of food preservation. If you love sauerkraut or kimchi; we can teach you how to make your own. During our hands-on workshop, learn the art and science behind fermentation. You'll discover that many foods from around the world are fermented; we'll share unique and interesting ways to cook with them. Fall is the perfect season for learning about and enjoying fermented foods!

*Bonus - you get to take home a jar of sauerkraut and a glass stone weight.
