  • Join us for two night in the barn at Fox Haven with Jon Lusby of Fermentation Creation and learn the basics of vegetable and non-alcoholic beverage fermentation. We’ll taste and craft our way through several recipes ensuring you leave with confidence and experience with these cultures!

 Friday, September 29 th 6:30 – 8:30pm

Kraut, Kimchi, Pickles, Pepper Paste and Onion Relish

Friday October 6th 6:30 – 8:30pm

Kombucha, Water Kefir, Ginger Bug and Lacto and Whey Tonics


$35 per class or $50 for both
