In Jennifer Mac’s class, learn how to spend pennies on the dollar with these fermentation and probiotic tips, from homemade kraut, living water from sprouted grains to kombucha. Classes includes 3-4 recipe demos and copious samples. Ticket includes voucher for beer or wine, with drinks also available for purchase. Ages 16 and up. Registration ends March 13th.

Jennifer Mac is the author of "The Right Blend: Blender-only Raw Food Recipes". She is passionate about whole food nutrition, raw food cuisine, and natural beauty tips. With roots in Idaho, Jennifer Mac got her start pioneering the raw food movement in China after becoming a chef from Living Light Culinary Institute in Northern California. Based in Boise, Jennifer started a retail line of gluten-free, dairy-free, and low glycemic desserts called Jenny’s Pure Food™. She continues to write books, make videos and currently serves on the Board of Directors to the Boise Farmer’s Market.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You may bus, bike, drive, walk, skip, etcetera. Check Boise's bus schedule at valleyride.org. We love bikers and have beautiful bike racks to secure your ride throughout the facility. Apologies, but our parking garage is still under construction and we do not have on-site parking at the moment. Paid parking will be available in the future. Parking options include the BoDo parking garage at 9th and Front and the garage by Hotel 43 located at 234 S 10th Street and Front. Please use the crosswalk at 9th and Broad Street to access JUMP. ADA parking available onsite, please email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the refund policy?
We depend on your enrollment for a successful class so please plan your schedule carefully. Classes which do not meet minimum enrollment are subject to cancellation. Refunds are issued in full if the class or program is cancelled, if you cancel at least seven days before the starting date of the class, or for documented medical reasons.
