Learn how to preserve the local bounty through the process of fermentation.

About this Event

Koren Finnestad from Drover's Trail Natural Farms will teach you the basics of fermented foods, such as water kefir and sauerkraut. Attendees will learn about the health benefits of fermented foods, how to ferment fruits and vegetables from local farms, and will get to take home jars of sauerkraut and water kefir that they will make in class.
