Feminine Movement Dance Class

*Feminine Movement @6:15pm - What do I wear? Heels, boots, sneakers, or you may dance barefoot. An outfit that gives you full range of motion & that you feel confident in.

What to expect:

• A fun warm up.
• Learn the basics & a short, begginner friendly dance routine in a safe & inviting environment.
• Leave class feeling more confident in your body.
• Pop-Up Dance Class is here to offer fun dance classes for adults in the realm of hip hop, burlesque, heels, contemporary, pom, and more! Feminine Movement will help you get in touch with your sensuality & power while focusing on balance, arm flow, flexibility, & walks.

ALL LEVELS (you too, first timer!) Must be 18 + to attend.
