Female Runners Workshop

The physical therapists from Revitalize Physical Therapy will be talking about the common issues in female runners including incontinence and back and hip pain. We will cover the changes occurring at the pelvic floor, how it affects the stability of the spine and pelvic region, and what you can do to stop peeing your pants during your run!
This workshop is for female runners of any level that want to enjoy running without being in pain and without dealing with incontinence. Contrary to what you might read on the internet, it is NOT normal to leak while you run and it's something that you DEFINITELY do not need to just "deal with."
Cost includes materials for the workshop. This is an interactive workshop so please bring along a yoga mat if you have one.
