Join us for a morning of connection with fellow female founders in the heart of Boston. Let's start our year off building real, authentic relationships with one another. We're all building businesses and can be valuable resources for each other, whether it's feedback and support on a specific business question or just having a friend who's going through similar things alongside you. We're all craving connection right now, and we'll all go farther this year with stronger friendships.

If you've been to one of our coffee meetups (IRL or virtual) you know how we put emphasis on value, and making sure everyone is getting the support they need out of our time together. This retreat is like a coffee meetup x100. It's structured, but also with enough time to casually get to know each other too. If you've never been to one of our events before you're in for a treat! There's no way you'll leave without a rolodex filled with new contacts and motivation for crushing your goals with ease this year!

Here's what the general agenda is:

• Short exercise to identify one of your main goals for the year and one major action step you'll need to reach it
• Break into smaller groups to share our action step and what we could use feedback or support on to make it easier. Everyone in the group can offer feedback, ideas, etc.
• Reconvene to share our main takeaway with the whole group
• Create an action plan to implement your takeaway
• Guided journaling session to envision the best year yet in our businesses and lives
• Contact info sharing so we'll stay in touch throughout the year- these will now be the people who cheer you on on social media, you can text to meet up for a drink, or add to your email invite list if you have an in person event
• More coffee and pastries and mingling before we leave
• + more!

Coffee and pastries provided, along with other goodies and surprises. Just show up ready to build relationships and think business growth. You'll walk away with new business besties, support going into the new year, and tangible action steps for one of your biggest goals for 2023.

Please note that this is an event geared toward female founders and entrepreneurs. It is expected that all attendees are already running a full-time business.
