Do I need to be there for the whole day?

We have very limited spaces for this event so we'd ask you to only register if you can join us for the whole day. If you're not able to join us for the full day, don't worry, we've got lots of virtual events you can join too!

What time do I need to arrive on the day?

Accepted Answer

The check-in desk opens at 9am and the event starts at 9:30am. Check-in on the day closes at 9:45am and we can't guarantee entry for anyone who arrives after that.

Question 3

Is there an age limit for the event?

Accepted Answer

You must be over 18 to join us at this event. If you would like to bring someone under 18, please get in touch with us by emailing contact@digitalboost.org.uk by 24th February and we'll try our best to facilitate this. Without written confirmation from us, under-18s won't be allowed to enter.

Are there are any childcare facilities?

Unfortunately, we don't have any childcare facilities for this event. We know this can prevent people with childcare commitments from attending and we're working hard to be able to change this for future events. If there's anything we can do to support you, let us know: contact@digitalboost.org.uk

Do I need to be a Digital Boost member to attend?

Accepted Answer

No! We'd love to meet new founders and welcome you to our community!  You can create a free account on www.digitalboost.org.uk at any time - it's 100% free like all of our services

How do I get a ticket for this event?

Accepted Answer

You can register for this event via Eventbrite.  Please note, if you don't fill out the required questions your ticket won't be valid and we cannot guarantee access to the event.

Why does my ticket say 'information requested'?

Accepted Answer

If your ticket says 'information requested' it means that there are outstanding questions required to complete your ticket purchase.  Simply complete and submit your answers to the questions and your order will be confirmed. Without a confirmed ticket we can't guarantee access to the event.
