Book:  How to Book on Personal Evangelism by Larry Moyer

Matthew 28:19-20 Gotherefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Evangelism is fundamental for Christians.  In this course you will overcome the fear of evangelism. Be confident in turning a conversation to spiritual things, reach your relatives, help children understand the Good News, and so much more. Learning the basic steps in reaching out and telling the story of Jesus.

 

Too Busy to Bow Down: How to Worship When the World Won’t Stop by Rev. DeVona Alleyne, LPC

If only God had a smart phone! With all we try to do, the relationship we desire with God often takes a back seat. However, spending time with God is still possible as we learn to transform our traditional understanding of worship into practical methods that align with the busyness of everyday life. In this course, students can participate in new ways of experiencing the presence of God through prayer, Bible readings, spiritual disciplines, interactive discussion, personal reflection and journaling. Each class will build upon the next for students to ultimately create individualized plans for a richer, closer walk with our Creator even while running from one place to the next. Readings for reflection and for future reference will be provided by the instructor.

 

Sailing with Jesus through the Gospels by Min. Anthony Britton Jr.

Participants of this course will journey through the Gospels to truly see who Jesus is. This course will examine all four gospels and get to know Jesus from various points of view.  Jesus is so many things to so many people, and the gospels help us realize that he is everything to everyone.

The student will learn: How God values worship and Praise. How praise get God's attention. How praise opens your access to heavenly places. How praise releases signs and wonders. How praise draws the lost into the kingdom.

 

Prayer Is Your Compass to GodbyElder Monica Foster-Reynolds

In this class, you will learn why prayer was created. Why prayer is important to your spiritual development for getting intimate with God. You will learn why Jesus made prayer a priority and we must do the same. This course will help to understand the purpose and power of prayer.

Book: The Holy Bible (Book of Ecclesiastes)

Life is filled with many seasons, times, activities, relationships and events.  The Book of Ecclesiastes addresses the Godly or human way to deal with birth, death, success, failures, wealth, honor, oppression, the oppressor and many more situations.  The student will decide as a free-will agent in choosing a solution that answers a situation for them, whether to use godly wisdom or human wisdom.  One size does not fit all.
