Description

The new year is a time when many want to exercise more, learn a new skill or study harder. Despite the best intentions, few people succeed in keeping their resolutions. If your resolutions for 2020 have fallen by the wayside, join us as we aim to re-energize and revive your 2020 intentions and begin working towards the sort of life that you want to lead.

This workshop will guide UCD students and staff through evidence-based exercises and activities to motivate positive behaviour change. Attendees will be helped to clarify and connect with their personal values: the things that give life a sense of meaning and purpose. Attendees will also learn how to use their personal values as an ongoing guide for their actions through goal setting and action plans. This interactive workshop will be delivered free of charge by psychologists from the UCD School of Psychology to promote prosperity and well-being on campus, and have a little fun too!
