Do I have to join the Autumn Course?

Not at all! This webinar is designed to standalone and be helpful. We realise that summer isn’t always the best time to make major changes in diet and lifestyle - but it’s a great time to start to build healthy sustainable habits that will make any future change more manageable.

If I want to do the Autumn programme do I have to change my habits in the summer?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can do the Autumn programme - you don’t need to make change  in advance. However, even just a week of preparing your body and mind to look forwards to making change will be helpful.
