About the organizer
Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) continues to help small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue the American dream. As the nation’s premier go-to resource and voice for small businesses, the SBA is the only cabinet-level federal agency dedicated to providing such support through counseling, capital, and contracting expertise. One of 68 SBA district offices around the nation, the Washington Metropolitan Area District Office (WMADO) serves the District of Columbia, Suburban Maryland (Montgomery and Prince George's Counties), and Northern Virginia.
