Federal Organizational Development Community of Practice Meetings (OD CoP) in DC
The Washington, DC Organizational Development Community of Practice (OD CoP) is a community of practice for current federal employees directly involved with the supervision, design or delivery of organizational development (OD) or organizational effectiveness (OE) services to their federal organization. Sessions are free-flowing, and often involve the discussion of new approaches to OD/OE, OD/OE challenges being faced by federal organizations, implementation challenges being faced by OD/OE practitioners, etc. Sessions are ONLY open to current federal employees involved with OD/OE efforts. No contractors may attend.

Do I qualify to attend this event?
This event is open to Federal employees with the supervision, design or delivery of organizational development (OD) or organizational effectiveness (OE) services to their federal organization.
Can I attend if I am a contractor?
No contractors may attend. This event is only open to current Federal employees.
On what dates and times will the OD COP be held??
The OD CoP meetings will all be held from 9:00am-Noon ET on March 7, June 6 and September 12. The March and September sessions will be at a location that is 5-7 min walk from the Courthouse Metro. The June event location is still tentative, but will most likely be within a block of the Navy Yard Metro. See confirmation email for location details.
