The Bircus Brewing Co. has enjoyed a number of successful, delicious and sold out Supper Club offerings these past months. This is your chance to see what all of the fuss is about! World class circus with world class food and craft beers!
Our Supper Club menu for February has a Lent friendly offering and both offerings are sure to delight!
Supper Club Options for February 26 & 27
Lasagna alla Bolognese - (Green spinach pasta, bolognese beef and pork ragout, beschamel sauce)
Or
Strozzapreti Verdi alla marinara - (Hand made green strozzapreti pasta with mixed seafood and light tomato sauce)
With
Supper Club Salad -Local greens, artichoke, carrots, grape tomatoes, roasted Brussels sprout leaves, house made Caesar dressing.
And a choice of one dessert
- Pecan pie with bourbon whipped cream
- Chocolate creme brulee
Additional add-on options:
4 oysters 2 ways - (2 broiled with herb bread crumbs 2 with cucumber and ginger mignonette)
Wood fired Ribeye for 2 with mushrooms, spinach, and potatoes
