Kerry is the Senior Privacy and Regulatory Counsel at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation in Round Rock, Texas, where she is responsible for TG’s privacy program and regulatory compliance in the areas of privacy, security, and the federal student loan program TG administers, and provides general corporate legal advice and counsel, including in areas such as social media, products and trade practice, and operations. She has written and speaks regularly on privacy and security issues.

Mark Collier has been working in the software industry for over 20 years, with the past 15 at SecureLogix, focused on voice, Voice Over IP (VoIP), and Unified Communications (UC) security. At SecureLogix, Mark is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. Mark manages SecureLogix’s technology roadmap, works with strategic customers, monitors for new threats, and architects their security solutions. Mark is actively performing VoIP/UC security research. Mark recently completed the Hacking Exposed: UC and VoIP, published by McGraw-Hill. Mark is the co-author the VoIP security course at SANS, is co-authoring SecureLogix's annual State of Voice security report, maintains his blog at www.voipsecurityblog.com, and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences.
