About this event
The most challenging obstacle for individuals to their mindfulness practice is carving out the time in their day (or week) for it. Planning to take a moment for yourself, by yourself, often yields to de-prioritizing self-care. Sharing this time with others is not only enjoyable, but provides accountability and structure to what we know is good for us.
Center yourselves with meditation and mindfulness. Bring our awareness to our lives and the present. Please join me for a "Mindfulness Morning" where there will be a lesson, a meditation, and a discussion. We will meet online in a virtual room via Zoom. Our virtual meetups so far have proven to be a lot of fun. I look forward to seeing you all there and working to bring conscious awareness to our morning, day, and lives.
Mindfulness Morning will meet by video conference link. To accommodate various schedules and preserve working hours, we will begin the program at 7:30am this month. This is an updated start time to our past sessions. The link will be emailed to all registered attendees following sign up.
