Join us at Bar Italia for a presentation given by Dave Owens, VP of Taste at Karl Bissinger Company. Dave will be covering the history of chocolate, current market conditions, tempering and sensory attributes that give us our "love" for chocolate. Limited Seating! Only 50 tickets available.
