Description

Discover and explore the wonders of winter during February Break Camp at the Garden! Children will participate in hands-on, exploratory and structured activities both indoors and outdoors. Participants learn how to track and identify winter creatures, start their own tabletop gardens, go on winter hikes through the garden, prepare fresh daily snacks, and so much more! This is a drop-off program.

February 20 through 23, Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 3pm

Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grade, or equivalent

No extended hours.

REFUND POLICY

If you must cancel after registering, notify the Program Coordinator at 718-886-3800 x218 or sross@queensbotanical.org at least ten (10) business days before the start of the session and the Garden will refund your fee, minus a $10 registration fee per child. Refunds for cancellations less than ten days prior to the start of the session will be issued only if a registrant from a waiting list will fill the space. No refunds or credits are issued after a garden session begins.

CANCELLATIONS

In the case that an event is cancelled, you will be notified via email and refunded.

PHOTOS

By attending QBG programs you may grant permission to Queens Botanical Garden to take and use you and your child's photograph and name in perpetuity, in all forms of print and electronic media used to promote, publicize, or advertise the Garden, its activities, and programs. If preferred, you will have the opportunity to opt out of photos when you register.

By purchasing tickets and attending QBG events, you hereby opt in to receiving communications from the Garden. You may receive updates about future QBG events and news through the addresses you provide.
