February 2012 Workshop: The Entrepreneur’s Antidote to Bankruptcy
Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM (PST)
Irvine, United States
Setting priorities when launching a new venture. What priorities? Securing funding to prove concept? Creating a corporate entity? Getting a real “cool” office? Crafting beautiful marketing materials? Hiring a lawyer? Ordering business cards? Engaging a consultant you met at a recent networking event to write the business plan? So much to do. What’s the issue?
First-time entrepreneurs almost always approach a new business launch with a different set of priorities than an experienced entrepreneur. So how do experienced entrepreneurs prioritize their actions pre-start through early execution? What do they do differently and why? What are the lessons learned from making some bad choices?
At this workshop we’ll explore the “right” priorities for your venture, how to execute on those priorities and how to adapt over time – i.e., detecting problems and changing those “right” priorities to other “right” priorities as needed.
This workshop will be led by:
