Valentine’s Day Cooking Class — A Romantic Evening in the Kitchen

❤️Join me for an intimate and delicious Valentine’s culinary experience where romance meets creativity in the kitchen. This relaxing, hands-on evening will have everyone contributing to a beautiful meal crafted from scratch—perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who wants to celebrate love through food.

We begin with a warm & elegant appetizer: Baked Brie wrapped in golden puff pastry, filled with raspberry jam, toasted nuts, and served with fresh fruit for dipping. Everyone can snack on this Rich, flaky, sweet, and savory appetizer, while preparing dinner and dessert—this dish sets the tone for the indulgence to come.

Next, we elevate the night with a luxurious main course. You’ll help prepare Shrimp and Scallops in a Champagne Cream Sauce, delicately spooned over Champagne and Asparagus Risotto—creamy, aromatic, and decadently perfect for a special occasion.

To finish the evening on a sweet note, we’ll build Chocolate Bourbon Mousse Parfaits layered with light whipped cream and topped with elegant chocolate shavings. Silky, bold, and irresistibly romantic.
