*How to scale the recipe

*Proper Mixing

*Divide the batter

*Coloring the Base Batter

*How to use and off set spatula

*Baking/Timing/Flipping the layers

*Filling the layers, Finishing the layers with Chocolate Ganache and Coating Chocolate.*How to cut them, properly. They are filled with a Raspberry Filling. These little beauties are full of flavor and so pretty. Join me in this Baking Class
